The short version

I sit between founders, developers, and the field.

I'm a product leader who codes. My career has bounced between two poles — running developer ecosystems and turning AI/ML capabilities into products people actually ship. The throughline is empathy for the developer on the other end of the API and the buyer who has to justify the spend.

At AWS I support 25+ AI/ML startups directly — coaching on developer-first positioning, evaluation frameworks, and getting LoRA fine-tunes into real production. Before that I led the Tagboard turnaround as CPO ($600K → $7.2M ARR, churn 65 → 8), and scaled the Klout Data Platform to $10M with two-way partnerships across Twitter, Salesforce, and Epsilon.

On weekends I ship: a fine-tuned MIDI orchestrator, a location-aware AI history app, an MCP server for Cubase, a mortgage calculator for SBLOCs. I trust shipping over slideware.

A small TypeScript server polls MTPLX's /metrics endpoint and streams updates over SSE — surfacing the speculative-decoding story: tokens per verify pass, per-depth acceptance, throughput, and cache health.
